Based on the cleaning service package you chose, 50% of the total cost must be paid 24 hours after you have requested your service date.
All payments can be paid through one of the following payment options:

Square reader: You will receive an invoice
where you can pay with a debit card or a credit card

The balance shall be paid upon completion of cleaning the customers house.
A 24 hour cancellation will be required on all scheduled cleaning appointments. If you cancel after 24 hours the deposit is no longer refundable.
If you cancel and re-schedule your appointment for another day your deposit will be deducted from the total cost for the cleaning service/package you have chosen.
If you do not re-schedule and cancel your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited and will not be refunded.
Refunds will not be given based on an Act of God. Your deposit will not be refunded. You would have to re-schedule your appointment.
Please understand that this policy is necessary when a cancellation takes place and is not re-scheduled, it prevents someone else from receiving service. Thank you for understanding.
